At Firefly Metal Works, she focuses on business development, operations, and client relations, with a commitment to building lasting partnerships and strengthening the community through her work. 

  A welding instructor, metal sculptor, and former Managing Director of Advanced Manufacturing Technologies at Dallas College. With more than 20 years of expertise in commercial and industrial welding, metal fabrication, structural steel, and metal arts, Byron combines technical mastery with a passion for teaching. He is dedicated to helping others discover both the technical and artistic sides of welding while ensuring every project at Firefly Metal Works is executed with precision, durability, and artistry.
